"Riddle #2"
The captain of a fishing boat decides to spend the night moored in the harbor of Honolulu Bay in Hawaii. Some of the passengers have asked that the rope ladder be thrown over the side so they can go swimming and use the ladder to climb back into the boat. The captain agrees and throws a 6' ladder over the side of the boat. There are 6 rungs on the ladder, there is a foot between each of the rungs. The water level is currently at the 2nd rung from the bottom.
